Legion of Mary - The Legion of Mary is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church, with well over three million active men and women in almost every country in the world. There are also thousands of junior members. The goal of personal sanctification and service to the parish is achieved through a balanced program of prayer and service. Members meet each week for prayer, planning, and discussion, and then spend time in parish service work in pairs. Works may include visitation of the sick, aged, and homebound, religious education, Pilgrim Virgin Statue rotations, rosaries in different homes and meeting other spiritual needs of the parish. The Legion is in essence an extension of the heart and hands of the pastor.
If you think the Holy Spirit and Mary may be calling you, you are welcome to come to one of the meetings as a guest. Please call the Church office.

Chaplet of Divine Mercy - In a vision to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in 1935, the Lord revealed a powerful prayer that He wanted everyone to say - the Chaplet of The Divine Mercy - and He promised extraordinary graces to those who would recite it:
Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death .. Priests will recommend it to sinners as their last hope of salvation. Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were to recite this chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy .. I desire to grant unimaginable graces to those souls who trust in My mercy ... (DIARY, 687)
Prayed on ordinary rosary beads, the Chaplet is an intercessory prayer that extends the offering of the Eucharist. It may be said at any time, but our Lord specifically requested that it be used as a novena on the nine days before the Feast of Mercy (the first Sunday after Easter.)
The ministry of Divine Mercy meets every Friday at 3:00pm in the Religious Education Center.
